Handcrafted with Care

At Blossoms of Eden, every candle is created with care, and we hope your purchase brings warmth and calm into your space. As each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its journey.

UK Shipping Rates and Services

All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked. We offer free shipping (via Royal Mail Tracked 48) on UK mainland orders over £50.

For orders under £50, the following options are available:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48
  Delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch | £4.99
• Royal Mail Tracked 24
  Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch | £6.99

Important Information

• Total Lead Time: All candles are made to order. Production time is 2–3 working days, followed by your selected delivery service.
• Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
• Working Days: Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Peak Periods: During busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Example Timeline

• Candle Creation: 2–3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: + 2–3 working days (Total: 4–6 working days)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: + 1–2 working days (Total: 3–5 working days)
