UK Orders

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (Monday–Friday). In some cases, dispatch may take up to 1–3 days depending on order volume. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

We take great care to ensure our candles and other products arrive in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, items may be damaged in transit.
If this happens, please email us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will gladly arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
